How to Report Security Incidents

Report suspected account hijackings, security incidents & vulnerabilities, perceived problems with the encryption schemes we use, and any security-relevant bugs to security@daigosoft.com. Please describe the exact nature of the problem and provide steps to replicate it if applicable. We very much welcome any report of security-relevant issues! [We're a small shop and currently can't afford any bug bounty program but once we can we'll list it here.]

When you provide a report for one of our native applications, please include the exact software version as well as the complete version of the operating system you're using. (For desktop versions:) Run the application from the console, and include the console output in your report. Add screenshots if necessary but do not add any other attachments to your report. Make sure any data you provide is cleaned of personal identifying information.
